I'm sorry, I know this is a really dumb question, but how do I activate PowerDVD 12 Ultra from the trial version? I've paid and got my activation code, but I have no idea how or where to register the code. All I can find is the 'Buy Now' section, but that doesn't lead to an activation option.
I've rebooted the computer and restarted PowerDVD 12 a few times, but I'm not getting any prompt for an activation code. I don't want to wait the full 30 day trial period because I want full functionality now (and I've paid..)
I've tried searching this forum and could find the answer.

That's right, this question was answered a thousand times here. No, you cannot activate the trial version at all, install the full version you bought, activate that and apply the current patch afterwards. There's a link to the full installer in the email you received your activation code with. Reply

Remember to uninstall the trial version first and to make sure that you have updated all your drivers and done all your maintenance.
For best results, shut off your anti-virus during the install, not during the download. .

In my defence, if the same question has been answered a thousand times then there is a communication and/or process issue Cyberlink needs to address.
