I recommend to download as fast as you can or you will lose file you need ( Links dead because of Copyright Infringement )
I haven't seen this.
First, the questions. What OS are you running? What types of objects do you have in the project? If you can give a specific set of steps that always causes this, that is helpful for others to be able to try to see if they can reproduce what you are seeing. Details can really count.
In the mean time I'd start by maybe clearing your preferences and re-installing Motion. Delete Motion from you computer by dragging it to the trash and emptying the trash. Then re-install Motion from the app store. When you launch Motion the first time after re-installing, hold command+option and double click the application icon. A dialog will appear asking if you want to delete the preferences, click continue. Try you project again and post back here with the results.
